my new legend of zelda headcanon
link doesn’t actually exist. he’s a mythical figure and the games are various the legends surrounding him, which is why they’re inconsistent and contradictory at times—-because they are only stories. sure some of them may have grains of truth to them, but the “link” of legends isn’t a real person.
